Anna Eaton has always had a passion for serving youth and giving back to the community in which she lives. Born in Vietnam and raised in the US, Anna has made Vacaville her home with her husband, Austin, and their 4 children. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Literature from Liberty University as an Army wife.
Anna has served on the California Parks and Recreation Board and strengthened her youth development training during her employment with the City of Fairfield. She founded Starbound Theatre in 2003, a program focused on serving at-risk youth through the performing arts, that has expanded to 4 cities: Fairfield, Vacaville, American Canyon and Dixon. She is the Artistic Director.
She also serves as Youth Minister to the youth group at St. Mary’s Church, a position she has volunteered in since 2011. Currently, Anna is the Executive Director of the Vacaville Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club where she has enjoyed challenges in the realm of non-profits while working with youth ages 6-18. She has navigated the Club through tumultuous hardships an enjoys being able to impact the environment for the children who attend.
